This game brings joy to many American fans.
It’s the fans who support the players.
It’s the players - each one - who give their all to the game.
Unfortunately, some of our players experience CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy) as a result of playing.
We want to dedicate this book to these players and their families,
as well as a percentage of the profits to the cause.
